  Additional charges required for translation and Chinese typesetting.

  The ad in the event book will also be on the web at no additional charge.

*Ad in Web site can be black and white or color. The Web will be upgraded to include the ad as soon as payment is received. The Ad will stay in the Web for a minimum of 3 month after the event.

** Refund Policy:

20% refund if the event is cancelled by the event manager due to national, regional or local emergencies. There are no refunds under any other circumstances, including bad weather. All other conditions for refund will be at the discretion of the event manager and committee.
